My main aim is for each transaction to run smoothly however sometimes things can go wrong and here is how I would try to help you if they did firstly if you have any problems please let me know as soon as possible If the item differs significantly from that described I will offer a refund I describe my items as honestly as is humanly possible and am always willing to answer questions via email I cannot be held responsible for the unlikely event of items damaged in post as I wrap with exteme care please feel free to take out insurance which is offered If you are unhappy for any other reason I will accept returns but will need to deduct a 15% or £5 restocking fee also all the postage costs Refunds will be given in the same manner as payment (postal orders would be refunded by cheque) |
