Superb Amethyst Royal Pharmaceutical Society Limited Edition Liquor Round

 
YOU ARE BIDDING ON ITEM #7 ONLY
 
On offer is a superb "MINT CONDITION" Royal Pharmaceutical Society Limited Edition Chemist Round in Amethyst Glass.

These types of round are easily identified by the Gold Coat of Arms situated at the base of each receptacle, and by the fact that the labels are silk screen printed into the label recess.

These are becoming very "collectable" in their own right as there were only a limited number made, and in some respects are rarer than the items they mimic.

I would seriously recommend investing in these now rather than later! Watch and see.

LIQ:IOD:SIMP: Liquor Iodi Simplex: Simple Solution of Iodine
 
Iodine is a solid none metallic element obtained from the mother liquors of Chili saltpetre in South America. It is also obtained from the ashes of seaweed by lixiviation with water.

Iodine is absorbed into the circulation through the skin and appears as iodide in the urine.
Preparations of iodine are applied to the skin as parasiticides and counter-irritants.



This Amethyst round is in "Pristine Condition" and is the seventh of a set of Twelve that I will be listing shortly.
