Returns accepted if advised within 14 days of receipt for items in undamaged condition including the box. Only the item price will be refunded. New items have makers warranty so please print your ebay invoice to prove date of purchase. Some items require experienced fitting and will have detailed instructions which must be followed closeley. Other items, by their nature, need no fitting or instructions for use (ie plug in adaptors). Damage in transit is insured & this is included in our carriage costs which fairly represent all UK postcodes, labour for packing, labelling, picking from warehouse & wherever possible free upgrades to the best service available.  

We are determined to offer the best prices & service as well as reducing our waste & energy consumption - we recycle goods inwards packaging to use in despatches to you & encourage multiple orders from you at the same time - this saves fuel & reduces carriage costs to you as well as saving on your journey to the shops. We no longer print invoices to save paper (so please store your ebay invoice on your computer) -  It takes time but over the next 12 months we will be upgrading all operations to reduce our 'carbon footprint'.
