ITEM DESCRIPTION :  I try to be as accurate as possible in the way that I describe an item, but sometimes have to make a best guess about a particular aspect of it (I will always make this clear in the description). I will refund the winning bid price plus shipping, but NOT return postage if I should describe an item inaccurately or not point out something that I am not sure about.

SHIPPING : Multiple items can be combined to save on postage and packaging as long as they finish on the same day. That means if you win more than one item, you only pay one packaging charge. In this instance wait for me to send a revised invoice before making payment.

With large items I am happy for buyers to collect from my address in Weymouth, thereby saving on all postage and packaging charges. Contact me to make these arrangements.

I obtain proof of posting for all items shipped. I will send a copy of proof of posting and help in any way that I can to assist buyers recover items lost in the post or cost thereof.

PAYMENTS : Sterling banknotes (must be sent by registered mail). Sterling cheque or bank draft drawn on a UK bank. British Postal Order. PayPal. All payments must be made in full within 7 days after the end of the auction.

If you are paying by PayPal and have an “unconfirmed” or incorrect shipping address I will not be held liable for items going to the incorrect address.

OVERSEAS BIDDERS : Overseas bidders are welcome and I can ship most items to destinations almost anywhere in the world. Please do not make any online payment until the full amount has been calculated and I have sent an invoice.

RETURNS : I require photographs of any damage cause during shipping (email photographs and wait for my reply BEFORE returning item). Refunds are limited to the winning bid price plus shipping, but NOT the return postage.
