Faulty Items
In the unlikely event thay you receive a genuinely faulty item we will either replace the item or the full purchase price will be refunded as long as the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as it was received. This includes all packaging and with brand tags still attached.
You must advise us of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Unwanted or incorrect size purchased.
We will refund or exchange items, where possible, if you find that they are not suitable.
You must advise us upon receipt if you wish to either exchange the item or return it for a refund.

Please Note: As we are now forced to offer free shipping on accessories we will now deduct outward shipping fees from refunds of unwanted items.
