We aim to process all orders within 48 hours from the point of purchase. This does not apply to items purchased on Fridays, weekends or during Bank Holidays.

Please note: We are closed on Wednesday's therefore all purchases made on Tuesday evenings and on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday.

Items purchased after 12 noon on Fridays will be despatched on the next available working day.

We provide a variety of delivery methods to cater to the needs of most customers, please ensure you select the one that suits you best when completing checkout.

All prices specific to the listing are clearly marked at the bottom of each listing. Only those methods of delivery stated in the listing will be used except for combined purchases which have a greater weight than 2KG where we will use our current courier service.

We aim to despatch your items within 48 hours after payment has been received except on Fridays, weekends and Bank Holidays where orders will be shipped on the next available working day if received after 12 noon on Friday.

We guarantee that all the products found in our listings are 100% Authentic and are purchased from reputable UK Wholesale Supplier or on occassion direct from the actual Brand themselves.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service.

In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event thay you receive a genuinely faulty item we will either replace the item or the full purchase price will be refunded as long as the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as it was received. This includes all packaging and with brand tags still attached.

You must advise us of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Unwanted or incorrect size purchased.

We will refund or exchange items, where possible, if you find that they are not suitable.

You must advise us upon receipt if you wish to either exchange the item or return it for a refund.

The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as it was received. This includes all packaging and with brand tags still attached.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. We will not refund the postage cost on unwanted or exchanged items. In the case of exchanges the customer is also responsible for the return postage of the exchanged item.
