For Unwanted Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) back to us at your cost - unused, and in a resaleable condition, within 7 days and we will refund you the price you paid for that item(excluding P&P). 

For Faulty Products

We try our best here at Giftmonger to ensure the products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. Return postage costs will also be refunded.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 7 days after the invoice date. 

NB: Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. And so for you own protection, we recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
