I am truly sorry to have to put all of this in rather than talk about our wonderful items first but it seems there is a growing minority who do not play fair and imagine that they only have to pay for the stamp, not the packaging or any other costs incurred in the whole sales process. To object after the end of the auction is too late, ask first, decide if it’s what you want to pay and then bid. The process to reverse bids is lengthy and time consuming and no one wants bad feedback or unpaid item strikes. We ONLY POST OVERSEAS USING INSURANCE eg Royal Mail airsure or international signed for. We CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS on insurance due to total losses on too many items sent without insurance. We sell things on ebay to make money not to clear our attic therefore we spread our costs incurred over items sold. Ok now to the good bit
