  2. Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 30 days warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs,consumables,carriage and/or consequential losses. All parts must be fitted in a professional manner.
  3. Old exchange units must be returned within 10 days, reasonably clean and drained of all fluids.
  4. All goods and exchange units to be returned at customer's cost
  5. No refunds on carriage charges.
  6. All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to 50 % handling fee.
  7. All good must be returned to Rowley autos premises no later than 14 days from notification for refunds.
  8. Damaged in Transit
    Please inspect your items before accepting delivery. Items that are no acceptable must be refused at point of delivery.
