Returns will always be accepted providing the following conditions are adhered to 
- Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase 
- Via a service offering singed for & tracking facility
- Buyer is responsible for return postage
- Proof of postage must be obtained for all goods  
- Cost refunded will be actual cost minus P&P and a 10% restocking fee 
- Goods must be returned in original packaging and original sealed/un-used/new condition 
(unless goods are damaged or not as described, in which case a replacement item will be sent & a postage refund for the return of any damaged goods, or a refund in full).
