Returns
To return faulty items please contact us immediately (within 7 days) by email to gain authorisation.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in the original product packaging and wrapped securely. Your faulty item will be replaced.
Unwanted products
If you have ordered an item incorrectly you may return it to us within seven days from the date of delivery. You must notify us first by email to gain authorisation. The goods must be returned to us at your cost, unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or in a damaged/used condition will not be refunded. A refund will be given to PayPal or the originating credit or debit card less the P&P costs. |
