Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition they arrived in accompanied by a letter stating the reason for the return and the item number. Do not return goods without first contacting me. Any refund given will be minus the cost of sale (on average around 5-10% of sale price). P&P costs are non refundable in any circumstances!
