We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Returns & Terms

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, Ultimotive will refund the price of the goods (excluding carriage) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of the dispatch, a letter must accompany the returned item. The cost of return carriage / postage is paid by the customer.
Whilst we endeavour to specify sizes for vehicle specific items such as roof bars, snow chains etc, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the vehicle model or size is correct for the application. If an incorrect model or size is purchased Ultimotive Ltd will exchange the item for the required size provided the item is returned unused, complete and in its original packaging and the customers pays for postage of the new item. Return postage cost is at the customers expense.
Vehicle specific car parts can only be returned if there is a fault with the item or does not meet the application stated by Ultimotive Ltd. If an item has been supplied in error it can be returned for a replacement provided they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and returned in a resaleable condition including packaging.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
