To claim your Holiday Booking Pack we request payment of a £20 Admin Fee (fully refundable) which is for two travellers. The fee covers processing, delivery, VAT and insurance of your Booking Package. The Booking Package contains travel date options and all the information required to confirm your holiday. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly to avoid any delay in receiving your Booking Package in the post.

Terms & Conditions - This is NOT a timeshare offer and you are NOT required to purchase anything or attend any presentations whilst you are on your holiday. Holidays cannot be redeemed for cash. Upon submitting your £20 Admin fee payment you will be issued a personal Booking Pack via the post and this Booking Pack is for the sole use of the named recipient only. Only one Booking Pack may be claimed per person. The Booking Pack cannot be traded or sold on internet auction sites, any Booking Packs which are sold on will be deemed void. This holiday offer is made available exclusively to first time travellers of European Vacations & Universal holidays. For Previous travellers excursion plan and meal plan must be taken. All holidays include return travel and accommodation for two people to your chosen destination and include the services of an English speaking tour guide. Your £20 Administration & Booking fee covers all administration costs related to confirming your booking for coach travel, plus hotel room or cruise cabin accommodation. This administration fee also covers: notification of schedule for optional higher season dates available for your holiday, confirmation of booking of any optional extras selected i.e. excursions and half board meal plans. Plus confirming after booking and payment of any optional extras for excursions and tours, processing and delivery of final ticketing. You are also provided with a National rate telephone line with a full customer service staff to handle any queries. Your right to cancel - your £20 Admin fee is to cover our administration, processing and delivery costs relating to your booking pack and this offer. If within 30 days of receipt of your Booking Pack you are not satisfied and do not book your allocated holiday and you wish to cancel our service please contact with your name and full address. Certain optional services are offered in the Booking Pack: Optional Fixed Date and Seasonal surcharge (£108-£148), Local departure point supplement (£18-£45p.p.), Optional excursions from £30p.p., Half board meal plan (£140p.p. 6xdinner & breakfast), Single room supplement (£115p.p). Fuel surcharges may apply. If opting for a non fixed date then a refundable deposit of £115p.p. is required at time of booking and will be refunded on day 2 of the tour. We endeavour to adhere to the advertised itineraries however we reserve the right to alter holidays and itineraries if required due to events outside our control. All excursions are optional unless stated otherwise. You should allow 28 working days from the time you respond with fee payment until receipt of your holiday booking pack. This offer is valid for persons of 18 years of age and older only. All bookings must be made at least six weeks in advance of intended travel. Upon receipt of your Admin Fee payment you will be sent a holiday booking pack in the regular post and a selection of travel dates for you to choose from.  This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn and/or changed at any time at the discretion of European Vacations Ltd. FOR YOUR PROTECTION European Vacations Limited trading as Universal Holidays - in accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992” all passengers booking with us are fully protected for all payments made (including repatriation if required) arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the bankruptcy of the company. In compliance with travel regulations, European Vacations contracts with IGI Insurance Company Limited , Market Square House , St James's Street, Nottingham NG1 6FG ( Certificate No. TOF/IGI/0000267 ) who provides an annual blanket coverage for tour operator insolvency for European Vacations. So you can rest assured you money is safe at all times. A copy of the insurance certificate can be obtained from our office.

Passport & Visa Requirements. British Nationals require a valid passport and do not require a visa to visit France. Other nationalities should check with appropriate embassy.

Health. No vaccinations are required to enter France from UK.
