With the ever uncertain money markets luxury caravanning at home here in England and the British Isles is becoming more and more popular, spend a few thousand on a holiday and when its gone its gone, sure you have the memories (well not like a certain English couple in the press this week!) but with caravanning all you will loose is slight depreciation yearly, buy keen and wise from Roma Caravans Limited and your investment may even rise in value!!

Your caravan if looked after will offer years of countless fun holidays with the family and friends - when sited these vans can be rented out to next door neighbour etc all helping towards the cost of your next trip away!!

Our caravans are used as static’s, tourers and very often as just extra luxury living space at home ,growing teenagers needing more space and you don’t want to invest in the house as not sure if you ll get your investment back ??

EXTERIOR

Here we have a stunning GTR Supreme 762 Sullivan Signature Series Caravan which has the added benefit of huge double doors ideal for wheelchair access / restricted access!!

Originally coachbuilt for a wealthy owner back in the late 1990s this is a top of the range Roma with lots of extras and special features, please read on for further details.

Crinkly white ally coachwork with 4 sets of crazy bands with green and white rubbing strips.

INTERIOR

Talk about cool, calm and exclusive!!

As you enter the huge double French doors (total opening width is circa 1.2metres) there is a comfy L shape sofa across the back of the caravan that converts to a double bed, as with all the upholstery this caravan is trimmed in a pastel peppermint leather and is covered in plastic wraps from new so the condition is superb.

As you look down the caravan there is to your right a full size TV and DVD cabinet with plugs to suit.

Illuminated cabinet plus a cupboard.

Side dinette with 2 arm chairs and a table, this converts to a single bed as well.

Corner illuminated display cabinet.

Gas central heating blow air system with airing cupboard above.

On the opposite side of the caravan (door side) is a corner display by the door.

Side kitchen area with unused oven, grill and hob - please note there is no water fitted as this van has been used as a lounge and bedroom only, a sink can be easily fitted however.

Corner full height cupboard with a mirror inside plus a full size domestic fridge and freezer with a shelf above to suit a microwave oven.

Twin sliding glass doors open to reveal front end bedroom suite.

On your right is a run of 4 huge wardrobes with display doors on and with draws underneath.

On the left is a ladies vanity unit with mirror and make up mirror, included is original laundry bin come seat, all in plastic from new.

GENERAL

The caravan is finished throughout in mother of pearl white Formica which is in nice condition

White roller blinds feature all around.

Dimmable spotlights are in the pelmets and there are display lights as well.

Brand new carpets as mentioned

Lovely layout inside giving lots of space for luxury family living and holidays.

There are a few pimples in the ally outside which have been picked up over the years but nothing serious; we thought we would mention it anyway.

Brand new never trodden on deep deep cream carpets with underlay throughout (very squishy and warm to the touch yet giving a lovely cool feeling)

PRICING

We have set the reserve very low compared to current market values and trends.

As we work on tight profit margins we may well offer a second chance offer via eBay if the bidding gets close, we do not have a buy it now price so all  we can say is bid as much as you can afford or want to pay and see what happens.

Caravans with wheelchair access are very very rare and ones with this layout and design are rarer still, we are sure she will find a good home here on eBay.
