Condition is fairly good. Some rubbing to edges and fold, corners have been turned. Back page has slight dust/dirt marks from storage and handling over the years. No annotations. Very tiny tear to top and bottom of fold (more so at bottom - both are several mm).
Pages are actually brighter than the photographs suggest.
Will be sent to you in a plastic sleeve sandwiched between card to protect it during posting.
Payment is expected within seven days of auction end or buy-it-now.
