INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship most (but not all) items within the UK and Internationally. Some items are collection only - please check the description for more information. For local pickup items we can recommend delivery companies in the UK. Large and Fragile items will be shipped at out discretion. Please contact us to confirm shipability and cost. You are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.

HANDLING:

Our handling fees are generally higher than many eBay sellers and reflect the additional service and confidence we provide. Art, China, and Fragile items will include additional handling fees.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

A combined shipping discount is available on auctions ending within 3 days of each other, provided you contact us prior to payment.

NOTES:

-Buyer is responsible for all returns.
-Flogit4u will not accept Returns for a condition mentioned in the auction, and all items are sold As-Is. A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returned items (unless the item is listed incorrectly).
-Refunds/Exchanges will be given when the Original Product is received.

We prefer to receive payments via PayPal - info@flogit4u.com. This enables us to process your transaction and dispatch your goods more quickly. Please note that, due to the high costs involved, we may not be able to accept PayPal on high value items such as kitchens or cars so please enquire before bidding.

We also accept Cheques, Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.

Goods will only be shipped once funds have cleared.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close.

Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Returns

PLEASE NOTE:

We recommend insuring valuable and fragile items. All of our goods are professionally packed. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ask for additional insurance information where this is not already provided in the listing. Thank you.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:

Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipper. Hold the item, Original packaging and contact us immediately. You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipper.

Electronic Items: All Electronic items have been tested on site unless otherwise stated. They will leave our premises in working condition and hence should also arrive in working condition. If this is not the case please inform us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for items that malfunction after the item has been received. In such cases this needs to be taken up with the original manufacturer if the item is still under warranty. Where this is the case this will be stated in the original auction listing.

Furniture: Large Furniture items are generally sold from our clients' premises. Local pick up refers to the fact that the items need to be picked up from either ourselves or our client. Please refer to our listing to see where the items need to be picked up from. We can recommend delivery companies to assist you in the pick up, or else you can choose to pick up the item yourself at no additional cost. We photograph and describe all of our items in as much detail as we can however we encourage you to ask as many questions as you can during the auction. We are selling these items on behalf of third parties. Please check the items are to your satisfaction upon pick up. Once an item has been picked up from our clients premises the item is deemed to have been accepted and we will release your payment to the seller at which point we cannot issue any refunds.
