Shipping

We deliver all items, except items worth less than £20, by insured courier.

In most cases we can deliver items within a couple of working days. We will contact you should delivery be delayed. Exceptions may apply to non-mainland destinations, the very north of Scotland and non-UK destinations.

Before sending goods, we will contact you via email to let you know when we will be shipping and provide you with tracking information.

Most items are delivered on an overnight service ( 2-3 days for non-mainland UK and 3-5 days for mainland Europe ). If you are in the UK, but not on the mainland, a delivery surcharge may apply and the service may vary. This depends on item size and destination but for most items to Northern Ireland for instance, this surcharge is £10. For more details, please contact us.

Unwanted Items

• Items can be returned for a full refund ( less shipping costs) provided they are returned complete and in original condition and packaging. Please call to arrange this so that we know to expect the item back Please make sure that you use am insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.

Faulty Items

• If you are unlucky enough to receive an item that is faulty straight out of the box will be replaced. Please call 0845 025 55 55 and speak to our returns department to arrange any such return.

• Items that become faulty within the warranty period will be repaired.

Non-mainland UK Customers & Non-UK Customers: 
Please note that this is a return-to-base warranty, so in the event of item going faulty you would be responsible for shipping costs back to us in the UK.

Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded if the software has been unsealed. Video or audio content in the form of CD's or DVD's cannot be returned if the item has been unsealed. 

• Please also note that all items are supplied as UK-ready. Please note that we cannot be responsible for use of items outside the UK or any damage that may result as a result if this. If in doubt, please check that it will work with your country's supplied voltage before purchase. You may also need a power plug convertor.
