We accept Paypal , personal cheques and cash.If payment is by cheque then the item will be sent as soon as the cheque clears in our account.
All large items such as treadmills are shipped using a pallet delivery company on a 2-3 day service unless otherwise stated. Smaller items such as cross trainers/bikes will be sent using normal courier service also on a 2-3 day service. Delivery prices are for mainland UK only.Please email for a quote for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the offshore Isles.
Any items can be collected from our warehouse near doncaster. Collection in person must be arranged
Dispatch
All items will be sent within 2 days once payment is received. Items which are purchased Friday- sunday will be sent out on the Monday.
We cannot guarantee delivery times on any delivery service.
Refunds & Returns
We check all items to make sure everything is in full working order before the items are sent, however on rare occasions, mistakes will be made. If this happens, we will sort the issue out to the best of our ability and as quickly as possible.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all items. If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase then the item can be returned. All delivery costs are to be paid by the purchaser (to and from). A full refund will be given once the item is sent back and received minus any delivery costs.Under no circumstances can any delivery charges be refunded unless otherwise agreed.
If there is a missing part or broken part please contact us immediately so we can send or replace the item free of charge. We will always try and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
