In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which apply to all business sellers, Buyers who wish to return the items they have purchased, for any reason, must do so within seven working days of the date on which they receive the items, provided they have previously advised us of their intention to do so. Buyers must send the items back via a postal service that is signed for, recorded or trackable online, and it shall be at their own expense. 

In line with the legislation, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 working days, including fax or email, of your intention to return an unwanted item, including details of your Ebay User ID, the auction reference, brief item description and the reason for cancellation. We will issue you with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the parcel before returning. We are unable to accept returns without a returns number, or claims for refunds or cancellations without prior authorisation. Once you have a returns number, you must return the goods within 7 days at your own expense.

When returning unwanted items, it your responsibilty to ensure that they are unused and still in the original packaging. All accessories, free gifts or other items that were included in the original sale must also be returned. If the item is returned, and the goods are found to be used or incomplete, and therfore not resaleable as new, your refund will be subject to a handling and restocking charge equivalent to a minimum of 25% of the original purchase price. You will be given the option to have the goods returned back to you.

For faulty items we will arrange for either, a replacement item to be despatched or issue a refund where no replacement is possible.

Note: Certain items are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations - these typically include personalised items, computer software, pre-owned goods.
