All brand new items are sold with a 7 day return period. Returns must be pre arranged. Products returned must be brand new as sent and include all original packaging. Upon receipt of items refund will be issued for the original item price, postage costs are non refundable. Please allow 7 days for refund upon my receipt and inspection of returned item. All items sold as new/ex display/ used/ unused & seconds are non returnable. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty upon receipt or if an item suffers damage in transit please in the first instance send an email detailing the problem and including your ebay id and item number. Faulty items will be replaced at no expense to the buyer, faulty items will only be refunded when a replacement is unavailable.
