If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, then all items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in original packaging and original condition with all accessories, plugs, manuals etc included. Please note we reserve the right to refuse goods returned without original packaging.

To return any items, you need to request a returns authorisation number from us at: maywhitby@btinternet.com and return within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure this number is attached to your item when returning.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return any items to us with postage prepaid. Postage charges will not be refunded.

In the event an item is received faulty, it must be reported to us by email or in writing within 72 hours of delivery. For a customer’s convenience where possible a spare part(s) will be sent to rectify the fault first. If this is not possible the item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of notification of the fault with postage prepaid in original packaging with all accessories, plugs, manuals etc included.

Once the item is received back, we will endeavour to repair the item and arrange re-delivery of this. If the item is found to be faulty and un-tampered with, then the return postage will be refunded. For us to do this, you must include a copy of the postage receipt. If the item is not faulty, we reserve the right to re-send the item with delivery charges payable by you. If the item needs replacing, then we will do so within a maximum of 30 days. If the exact same model is out of stock, another item of the same or greater specification will be sent instead.
