About Us

·          Nautequipe Marine is bona fide UK based Limited Company and a long standing trusted E Bay seller.

·          Not just another web based retailer Nautequipe Marine has over 30 years of boatbuilding and rigging experience and offer not only a huge range of top quality marine equipment from most of the major manufacturers but also the knowledge of how to install and operate most of these items.

·          We have a warehouse where customers are welcome to collect items from, by prior arrangement.

·          Nautequipe attends both London and Southampton International Boat Shows, together with many other regional shows, and Boat Jumbles, around the UK.

·          It is our aim to offer not only good value for money but also a high level of good old-fashioned personal service.

·          If you have any questions regarding an item or need advice on selecting the correct item we will be happy to discuss your particular needs via telephone, email or in person.

·          Wherever possible all goods are shipped the next working day after payment has been received.

Trading Terms

Payments

·          All customers should clear checkout immediately.

·          Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

·          Payment, or proposed method of payment, must be made within 24hours of purchase.

·          Cheques/Money Orders should be made out to: Nautequipe Ltd. Please put item number on back of cheque.

·          Please mark item number on rear of cheques/money orders.

·          Please notify us of cheques/money orders you have posted to us.

·          We are happy to accept most major credit & debit cards over the telephone please see our contact details below.

Delivery

·          Most Items are shipped the next working day.

·          Smaller items will be shipped via Post Office Small Packet Service.

·          Larger items up to 35kgs will be shipped via carrier.

·          Our delivery charges relate to UK Mainland postal code areas only.

·          There is an extra charge where goods are to be sent to the Highlands and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Jersey and Guernsey.

·          Please ensure there is someone to sign for the goods on their arrival.

·          DO NOT sign for goods damaged by our delivery agents.

·          Please ask them to return the items immediately.

·          If access to your property is difficult please inform us of this and also note that delivery is only to your door.

Collection

·          Collections in person are always welcome.

·          Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

·          Warehouse is usually open Mon - Fri 0930 - 1700hrs.

Electronics

·          Nautequipe sells only electronics supplied here in the UK by the official UK manufacturers’ agent and as such all our electronics will be covered by the manufacturers UK agent and repairs/replacements will not be an issue.

·          We never deal in "grey" imported items as many of these fail to conform to EU electrical regulations and there may be serious issues relating to any warranty claim made on items sourced outside of the UK.

Warranty

·          All products are provided with a Manufacturer warranty, details of which are supplied (where applicable) with every item shipped.

·          This will not affect your Statutory Rights.

·          Please register your item directly with the Manufacturer.

Feedback & Non Payments

·          We will submit feedback on buyers upon the receipt of feedback from the buyer in the first instance. This helps us ensure that your transaction has been fully completed.

·          In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items, we will initiate eBay's UPI process, which can lead to strikes against your ID and further punitive action from eBay.

Returns Policy

·          Whilst we are happy to accept returns of unsuitable or incorrectly ordered items this must be at the customers cost.

·          Goods, and all packaging, accessories, manuals etc. must be intact, undamaged and in an unused condition.

·          Returns must be accompanied by a covering letter outlining date, point of purchase and your reason for the return - please include a daytime telephone number in all correspondence.

·          All returns may be subject to a £6.99 re-stocking and handling charge at our discretion.
