Returns Policy
Occasionally we know you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions of how to do so.
First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number.

Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your name and address in the invoice sent with your purchase. Return to us within 7 days of receipt of your Returns Authorisation Number.

Returning By Post
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.

Returns cannot be accepted without your valid Returns Authorisation Number on the label.
You will not get a Returns Authorisation Code from us if your order was received more than 14 days ago.
