We offer a seven-working-day returns policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Returns will be accepted PROVIDED that the following conditions have been met.
1)The buyer must inform us of any returns request within 72 hours of receipt and send the item back to us via a postal service that is recorded with adequate insurance cover (i.e. Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery) within 7 days of receipt of item.
2)The item is undamaged, unworn and in a fully resalable condition with all packaging materials replaced. Please ensure the sizing and suitability are correct before outdoor wear as im afraid shoes that show signs of outdoor wear will be returned to the buyer as un-resalable.
3a) In relation to returned items that are faulty we will refund buyers original item price plus all buyers postage costs for returning the said item.
3b)In relation to items that are simply unwanted, unsuitable or for sizing issues we will require buyers to return the said items at their own expense by a recorded service with adequate insurance for said item, the original postage charge will not be refunded as this was spent in getting them to you.
Please ensure you are buying the correct size of shoe that you require, We will happily answer any questions we can regarding sizing. We cannot always offer an exchange of size as we do not always have a full size run of every style available. If we do have the size and style available in our stock we will happily exchange but we will require buyers to return the original pair to us in accordance with the above conditions and pay all costs for postage of exchange item. |
