Major mechanical overhaul and new leather faced dash with Smiths instruments proffessionally fitted by McDonald Racing of Lanchester, bill for £3100.00. Old speedo read 4750 miles, new one reads 400. I have covered around 700 miles in 3.5 years, no time to use it but at least i can say i had one.

Known Faults

Minor surface scratches to nose cone, rear stone guards need polishing

Fuel tank sensor leaks when filled beyond filler neck, needs re-sealing

Power blip at 2500 revs, McDonald racing said it's normal for this state of tune, shows on rolling road Dynamometer print-out, another garage said they could clear it but i haven't had the time to sort it.

Slight chip out of front RH corner of head, been like that since build according to previous owner, he thought it might have been dropped at some time when the engine was rebuilt, not a problem, no oil leaks from rocker cover gasket, photo shows.

I have been as honest as far as i am aware but don't hesitate to email any questions or request any additional photo's that you wish to see.

I think it's better condition than a lot of Robin Hood's i've seen for sale for the money, but there again i am biased, the buy it now price is about £3000 less than the car stands me but unfortunately the 'Better Half' say's it's got to go as it just stands in the garage and someone may get more use out of it.

I will deliver within 100 miles after funds have cleared, above that i will have to charge a fee.
