USA - Standard: Allow 5 to 21 business days. Shipped via USPS Standard Mail or Bound Printed Matter.

USA - Expedited: Allow 2 to 6 business days. Shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Priority includes delivery confirmation.

International: Allow generally 2 to 4 weeks. Customs can cause delays. We employ a broker who transports orders via air to your country, then hands off shipment to your local mail carrier.

Return Policy: We will do what we feel is reasonable and fair to help satisfy our customers with respect to returns. Here are some sample problems and how we handle:
