5. Dresses will be make in Custom  according to your need (measurements , color , special require ), no storage , the item will be made after we receive buyers' payment and measurements …… It will take about 2-4 weeks to finish. if you need it urgent , please contact me before you bid.

About Return Policy:

  1. When you receive the dress, please immediately try on it and make all inspections as soon as possible. If you like it, we hope you can give us a good feedback. We don't accept returns simply because you don't like your item or you didn't realize what you were buying.
  2. If you are not satisfy with the size or quality, we do offer an exchange. If it is my fault, we will exchange it for you in free charge. If it is not my fault, you must pay all shipping charges including insurance (The custom size should be paid the revision expense extra). Please contact us in 24 hours and the dress must be shipped back to us within 5 business days from the date it was delivered to you. At the same time, you should tell us the new size. After we receive the dress, we will begin to make a new one. We will finish it and send it to you as quickly as we can. If you want to return the dress to me, and it is my fault, I will send the whole money back to you. If it is not my fault, just you don't need it, I just send back the cost of the dress (not include the shipping charges and the insurance).
  3. The dress must be returned in the same condition that it was in when received. (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations, have all original packaging)
