If you are a first time buyer of a ride-on lawnmower or you have moved into a property with a garden too large for your present walk-behind lawnmower the MTD lawnflite (603*)  Ride-on Tractor Mower is an ideal entry into the world of sit-on mowing. Large enough to maintain lawn areas of up to 1 ½ acres in size yet not too cumbersome to be able to negotiate gardens with flowerbeds, trees or bushes due to the Fantastic 69cm turning radius. Easy to operate thanks to the infinitely variable speed transmission which is powered by a Huge Briggs & Stratton 11.5hp engine. The MTD  (lawnflite 603*) Ride-on Tractor is equipped with a single, heavy duty hi-lift blade which powers grass clippings into the Emens 200 litre fabric grass collector with assistance from the large turbo fan (all part of the Direct Collect bagging system). With a Massive 30"/ 76cm cutting deck is off-set allowing you to mow as close as possible to the edges of flowerbeds and pathways.
If grass collection is not practical simply remove the collection bag to leave the clippings on the ground with the aid of a built in deflector. When the grass collector is in use and needs to be emptied simply lean back from the operating seat, lift the attached handle and dump the clippings on to the ground or remove the collector and tip the contents into a suitable container. An integral tow-bar is included to enable the use of towed accessories such as tipping carts, rollers and spreaders. The all steel construction of the MTD  lawnflite (603*) Lawn Tractor (including the pivoting front axle) ensures your purchase will last for many seasons.
