For New Goods
In the unlikely event that items are received in a damaged or broken condition you should contact via email or phone for a returns reference number, then return all the goods with all original packaging, leads and manuals etc. ASAP. A refund or replacemnt will be arranged.
If things go wrong then most items will be covered under a manufactureres warranty and this may require return through to the manufacturer for repair which will be subject to their turn-round time and outside of my control. New equipment is covered for 3 months as standard suitable for purpose.
Consumables are not covered in the way as they are used up, unless defective in some way.
For Used Items
The same conditions apply as for new goods except that specified faults may be agreed in advance and may therefore be inelligible for a refund. If used items are specified as in good working order then they should be fit for purpose for 28 days from the date of purchase.
None of the above conditions affect your rights. |
