Item Description

Reversible Double Griddle

Heavy duty cast iron grill pan.
Ideal for grilling foods in a healthier way.
Ribbed one side and smooth the other.
Produces a seared finish on food when cooking on the ribbed side.
Dimensions: 17 x 9.75".

To get the best from your grill pan it is recommened that you season/treat it first.
1.) Wash the pan in in warm soapy water.
2.) Dry Thoroughly.
3.) Lightly brush Vegetable oil over the inner and outer surface of the pan.
4.) Place pan in a preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
5.) Allow the pan to cool.
