Payment

Our preferred form of payment is Paypal.  
Postal Orders are welcome. 
Payment should be made within 7 days of the Ebay listing ending, upon failure to do so, we will attempt to resolve amicably using the eBay’s dispute console.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via the Ebay checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.  When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Shipping

Rainbow Princess makes every effort to provide every customer with a safe prompt and efficient delivery service. We use Royal Mail and Business Post to ship our items.
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. 
Orders that have been processed and payment cleared before 1.00PM Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day (not including public holidays). 
Where possible we will also endeavour to ship orders placed between 1.00-5pm on the same day, but we can not guarantee this.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Orders placed Sat-Sun will be processed over the weekend but not dispatched until the next working day.
Delivery will only be attempted once, if no-one is available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, a delivery card will be posted through your letter-box by the postman / delivery driver, and your package will be returned to a local depot /sorting office / posting office.
Upon failed delivery and a delivery card being posted you will either be required to collect your order from the depot / sorting office or if a re-delivery attempt is required then it is possible that a re-delivery charge will be required before your package can be re-delivered.

UK Royal Mail 1st Class and Courier - 3  - 4 working days
UK Royal Mail Standard Parcel - 5 working days
Royal Mail Airmail Europe - 5 - 7 working days

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. 
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us by:
(a) Written notice by post.
(b) Or notify us by email at info@rainbowprincess.co.uk.
(c) Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Where possible you must provide us with your Ebay Item Number, details of the goods you wish to return and your delivery details
When exercising your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, the costs of returning goods shall be borne by you. The goods must be returned to our Trading Address shown in the 'About Us' page, and reasonable care must be taken by you to prevent the goods being damaged before returned or whilst in transit.
All items returned to us by you are at your own risk, we advise you to check the items are correctly addressed, adequately packaged and that a reputable carrier is used to return the item to us using a traceable and insured delivery agent (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail).

Returns

If the goods supplied to you are damaged in transit, faulty or incomplete you must inform us by e mail within 7 days upon receipt of the goods and return the goods to us.
Where the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incomplete goods is incurred by you, we will fully reimburse you this cost upon you providing a proof of postage receipt.
The goods must be returned to our Trading Address shown in the 'About Us' page. To avoid delays your Ebay Item Number should be visible on the outside of your package and reasonable care must be taken by you to prevent the goods being damaged before returned or whilst in transit.
Upon receipt items which you claim are faulty, damaged or incomplete are checked by us. Returned items found not to be faulty, damaged or incomplete will be returned to you and the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
Upon a valid claim for faulty, damaged, incomplete goods we will either:
1.Replace the goods if we have sufficient stock.
2.Repair the goods.
3.Issue a full refund credit within 30 days of the date the relevant goods are returned.
The warranty covered in this section does not apply to any defect with goods caused by normal wear and tear, accident, deliberate damage, negligence, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer’s permission.
