Payments must be made within 7 days of auction ending, Non payment will be reported to eBay and a claim will be made to request our sellers fees.

Personal Cheque - Please make payable to D. Parkin. Cheques can take up to 7 days to clear into our account, so please be patient for your delivery.

Postal Orders.

We ship to the UK and Europe, we do sometimes ship internationally upon request and given that you have a good feedback rating.

Our P&P charges are broken down into packaging, materials, handling fees etc, and are not constituted to only the cost a postage stamp, so if you don't agree with the amount stated please don't bid.

We use 'Royal Mail' to post our items, all items are insured for up to £35. A receipt is always kept for prove of postage. In the case of a lost item, it is the buyers' responsibility to claim using the receipt we proved upon request.

In the rare occasion you are not happy with your item or it is not as described you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in the same condition as when sent out (i.e. packaging, condition of goods etc).

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your specific request. All postage costs are be paid by the buyer and are not refundable.

Feedback - We leave feedback for all successful customers once feedback has been left for us.  We will always make every effort to resolve issues prior to leaving feedback, and we expect the same in return.
