All Batteries come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay for a returns number.
If you want to return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P and 20% re-stocking and handling fee
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in every instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU MUST return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay Item Number and user ID and the reason you are returning it, otherwise your refund will be delayed.

Q: How do we contact you

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing (except Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch all items to the UK by Royal Mail.
In most instances UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 5 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 5 to 10 working days, but again it is not guaranteed.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Before returning your item please contact us through eBay, we will answer all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
Q: I would like a Refund?
A: If you are unhappy with your item we will refund you the full purchase price of the item provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Before you return it please contact us through eBay, we will give you the correct information you need to return the item. All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt.
Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging materials, handling charges, loss insurance and packers wages and overheads. Please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of our Post and Packaging. Winning an item is your acceptance of our Post and Packaging costs.
Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers?
A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. We can give you a Tracking number but your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. We have no control of the efficiency of the postal services. Please allow 14 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt
