If you live in Non UK Mainland Areas, such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or the Scottish Islands and Highlands, for example. For Smaller items there should not be any additional charge, but any items over 2kg may have to be sent by courier and can incur much higher charges. |

Delivery |

Upon receipt of cleared funds we will dispatch your item within 2 working days or contact you if there are going to be any delays. Some of our products are manufactured on request and may take longer, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow 3-5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque. |

Returns Policy |
|
If you receive a damaged product, or a product does not comply with a listing due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the product or refund you in full. If you decide you do not want the product you have 28 days to return the item for a refund (as long as the item has not been fitted/damaged in any way), however we will not refund the postage costs. Products must be returned with the original packing and in good condition to be acceptable for return. |

Faulty Goods |

If you believe an item to be faulty after fitting please return the item to us for testing. if no fault is found no refund will be given and the part will be returned to you. If however a fault is found we will of course refund all postage and send replacment part. |

Warranty |

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact us before returning and if possible have the original paperwork to hand, all our products will be sent out with a VAT invoice. |

We of course accept Paypal payments, but can also accept credit and debit card payments. AMEX cards can only be accepted through paypal. We are also happy for buyers to collect the items, please contact us before paying for item to let us know that you will be collecting it. If you do wish to collect the item please make payment through paypal, or contact us with your credit card details or we are happy to accept cash on collection of the item. |
