Regency fine arts owl in a bag.  The bag has 'Congratulations' written around the top of the Bag, the bottom of the bag has the saying 'There was a wise old owl who lived in an oak, the more he saw the less he spoke, the less he spoke the more he heard, why can't we all be like that wise old bird.'  The owl has on a black cloak and graduation cap with red tassle , he is carrying a scroll and a book.  It has the regency fine arts tag attached.  This would make an ideal graduation or exam passed gift.  The bow tie on the owl comes in different colours.  Please state which colour you would prefer when paying, choose from; pink or blue.

Goods:-

Ultimateelegance.co.uk is a family run business dealing with jewellery, handmade cards and accessories.

We run jewellery parties for Hampshire and the surrounding areas.  If you would like to host a party and earn 10% commission (or 15% if taken as goods), then please email for dates and details.

Payments:-

We do not charge for using paypal.  Items will be shipped within 3 days of the payment clearing.  We do not accept cash as we cannot be held responsible for its loss in the post.

Please Pay Within five Days Of Purchase*.

*If you have not paid within five days of purchase, we will relist the item and start the unpaid item procedure with ebay (see bottom of this section).

If you are paying by Postal Order then follow the eBay link to pay (choose by PO).  This will tell us how you will be paying.  Please make sure you include all details of the item purchased, this makes it easier for us to get your item ready and sent straight out – it’s quite hard finding someone from just the amount on the Postal order!  Please ensure that you send this via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for its loss in the post.

NOTE to UK eCheque Payers on Paypal – This is NOT an immediate payment and can take 7-10 days  AT LEAST to clear and we will not send goods until Paypal confirm clearance. Therefore expect delays if you use this method! USA buyers – eCheque takes about 3-4 days.

Overseas buyers must use Paypal only 

We do not have the facility to handle any foreign cheques and do not accept any form of cash through the post. 

Bad payers – After seven days we will commence eBay’s Unpaid Item Procedure. PLEASE respond to emails, even if just to say how you intend to pay. Negative feedback will be left for anyone that doesn’t pay and you WILL get an Unpaid Strike if you refuse to pay.

Refunds:-

Full refunds are only given on faulty items.  Please email us if the goods you receive are faulty in any way.  Refunds will then be given on receipt of the faulty item.

If you decide however, the item was not what you wanted, goods can be returned (as long as they are still in the same condition as they left here) but we will charge a 20% restocking fee and carriage will not be refunded.

Post & Packing Charges:-

Buyers should note that Postage Costs cover Packing, Administration, Handling and Postage.

Problems:-

UK buyers: if you have not received an item within Seven Working Days of your payment confirmation email then please contact us by email. We would politely ask that you also first contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding any items for you. We would also ask that you provide eBay and Paypal with your most UP TO DATE ADDRESS! Overseas buyers we would suggest wait 21 days.

Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you do not pay for delivery we will refund only the cost of the item minus a 20% administration fee to cover wasted costs.

In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then contact us as soon as possible.

If you purchase more than one item from us - we offer postage discounts.  These are shown within some of the listings but if you are not sure then go to PAY NOW and REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER and we will send you an invoice. We usually send an invoice soon after an item has sold, if you are planning to buy some more items from us to take advantage of the postage discount, please email us and let us know and we will send you an invoice when you have finished (all items must be purchased within the five day window!)

Problem Solving:

We would simply ask that you contact us first if you have any problems, and we will try to resolve them quickly and fairly to both of us.

Feedback – we will leave feedback for you when you feedback on us (and there are no exceptions), BUT follow eBay rules on neutral and negative – contact us first as we can generally sort out any problem within reason. If you have any comments or issues then simply email us so that they can be resolved.
