Description:
This is a very nice quality hand-made solid mahogany rosewood cross-banded satinwood inlaid, boxwood and ebony strung figured flame mahogany circular dining table, of very good quality. The table stands on a classic quad-ped base in the Regency design having its original brass cap castors with large brass wheels, rising above which are the beautifully splayed four moulded legs with the gun barrel pedestal above.  Rising over this is the beautiful solid mahogany top cross-banded in satinwood and rosewood and inlaid with boxwood and ebony, having beautiful figured timbers.  The top has a wonderful faded mahogany colour, with beautiful faded rosewood and glorious satinwood.

Date:
The table dates from the late 20th Century.

Condition:
There is a little character warp to the table top, adding to character and authenticity, showing the true beauty of the wood itself, moulding to its natural state.  There is one old repair to one of the legs, only visible on close inspection, otherwise a good solid table.
