Therefore to abide by such regulations I offer a returns policy but stipulate that under this Purchase Contract I would require the following:-

1.All goods received by the customer faulty or damaged must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods, whereby a replacement will be dispatched on safe receipt of the returned goods.  Also, an email should be sent via ebay to report the return/problem  or a telephone call should be logged WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.

2. All goods must be sent back in the condition they were received e.g. Boxed, tagged, and unused and in the new condition they were dispatched to the customer.

3.The right to return goods will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

4.The buyer must cover the cost of a return and ensure that the item is suitably packed.

I will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and I shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund/exchange ive made under these conditions
