Returns Policy

We accept returns if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.  You can return the item if you are not satisfied and we will issue a full refund.  If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and return the item for replacement.

Postage and Packaging

We are happy to combine postage and packaging on multiple items and the price for postage and packaging will usually be the same flat fee unless the weight or bulk of combined items shifts the package into the next category in our tariff.  Our tariff for postage and packaging is as follows:

Small lightweight items: £1.46 (Royal Mail second class recorded delivery)

Small-sized items          £1.81 (Royal Mail second class recorded delivery)

Mid-sized items:            £4.30 (Royal Mail second class recorded delivery)

Large items:                  £12.50 (Insured courier service)

Handling and Shipment

We only ship to addresses within the UK.  Some non-mainland addresses may incur additional fees which we will notify you about after checkout or you can enquire before purchase.  We aim to despatch our items the same day that a purchase is made, unless stated elsewhere in the listing.  Unfortunately this may not always happen so the item may be shipped during the day following purchase.
