Reflexology Case Studies Consultation Treatment forms

Set of final evaluation (gives a description of all the treatments done with  conclusion at the end) Reflexology case studies to aid with your reflexology course, to help with extra study, and an idea of what is possible with reflexology, the course these were prepared for is the VTCT Diploma. 

 There are 6 different ones in total. Each client has 6/7 treaments each.

Please note these are to give you assistance/help with your own case studies as your own studies are essential to gain knowledge of Reflexology.   The names and personal details of the case study volunters has been changed to protect their identity.

Also copy of my Treatment Record Form, which has a list of all the reflex points to be covered on the back and my client consultation form.
