• We ship items Monday - Friday every week using our reliable couriers.
• Order by 12 noon during these days for same day despatch
• Delivery is normally within 2-3 days after dispatch to the Mainland UK and within 4-5 days to offshore and remote locations.
• Our carriage charge for is £3.00
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date however we would recommend that items are despatched several days beforehand to ensure delivery for the date.
• All items require a signature on delivery.
• If no one is available when our couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse.
• If your item has not arrived within 3-4 days of the confirmed shipping date (5-7 days for offshore and remote addresses) please contact us, we can then find the consignment number for your order and chase it up on your behalf.
• Due to security reasons, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

Scotland / Ireland / Other Off Shore Or Remote Locations

• Our standard postage cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any other offshore locations. We can arrange delivery to these areas but the cost of delivery will be extra depending on the item ordered.

• Please inspect your item carefully before signing for it. Items signed for as "received in good condition" cannot have a transit claim levied against them at a later date under ANY circumstances.
• It is the customers responsibility to tell whoever signs on their behalf of these rules of receipt.
• If you are unable to inspect, you must sign as "unchecked" Not doing this voids the carriage insurance..
• If you do receive a damaged item refuse delivery of it and contact us stating reason for refusal. We will then arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
• Any shortages must be reported with 3 days.

• All of our products come with a year's manufacturer's guarantee
• If any parts are missing, faulty, or develop a fault during the 12 month guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Due to the discounted sale price any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• It is important to keep all of the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase as these are required if the item is needed to be collected by our courier.
• In the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, please send an email to info@a1bikes.co.uk or call 01733 565059 before returning any item.
• If any goods are returned owing to an error on our part, we will gladly cover the postage charges.

• If any goods are returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided that all goods are returned in a perfect, saleable condition in original packaging, within 7 days of accepted delivery. However, the customer is responsible for the safe return of the item in the original packaging and will bear the cost of ALL carriage charges involved (both despatch and return)

• Unless a product is proved faulty or a error has been made by us, any refunds will be less carriage charges (both despatch and return)

• On unwanted items or if a customer ordered in error, a 10% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover admin and re-listing charges

• If any goods are returned which you feel are faulty, we will usually either repair or replace it free of charge if these are found to be a genuine fault of the manufacturer.  Alternatively we will send the replacement parts to solve the problem.
