This is a secret old commercial recipe once used by a pastry chef  to make fabulously moist, & absolutely delicious Red Velvet Cakes. This old recipe isn't found anywhere else.

This base recipe was used to make wedding cakes, sheet cakes, petit fours, etc...

The base size for this recipe is for an 8” or 9"x13" cake.

This base recipe can be doubled, tripled, quadrupled, or changed to whatever size you need.

This recipe requires a stand mixer.
