The item must then be returned to me in it's original, un-worn condition within 14 days of you receiving the item. Refunds are made via the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. Unfortunately, return postage costs cannot be refunded, and I strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage, as I cannot refund for items that have been lost in the post on their return journey.
