• All girl gymnasts have to learn to feel confident on a beam, the best way to gain confidence is to practise. These beams are designed for gymnasts to use at home to practise basic moves and balances on such as  dance moves,handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, walkovers, leaps & jumps. 
• This is a very light weight roll up beam.
• Beam Dimensions (All approx.): 6 feet long x 4 inches wide x 2  inches high.
• Unlike most floor beams this is made from soft foam to minimise jarring on the joints of the gymnast and to prevent injuries occuring from falling against the beam.
• This balance beam is made of foam one and a half inch thick approx. and covered in good quality, hard wearing, wipeable vinyl.
• The back of the beam is covered in non slip gripping to make sure the beam does not move.
•  The beam comes with a black  cord roll-up beam bag
• How To Use: As it is a roll up beam there will be slight creases in the vinyl but this will not effect the beams performance. To get rid of the creases pull each end of the beam until the creases are pulled out and then place the beam grip side down on the carpet.
• Safety Instructions:
• These beams should be used indoors on carpeted areas, away from any objects a gymnast could fall against.
• Gymnasts should not practise acro moves away from their own  supervised gymnastics club.
• All activities on this foam beam are undertaken at the buyers own risk.
• Delivery: These beams are made to order and may take up to 14 working days to be delivered depending on extent of orders to be filled and postal problems.
