Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 10-6pm. Also the first Saturday of each month, 9am-1pm.
 

We request that Payment is made within 5 working days of the item being won. If it is not, we reserve the right to make a notice of non-payment and to re-list the item. We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, Debit Card, cheque, draft. Be aware that Paypal e-cheques can take up to 14 days to clear.

Proof of Posting is ALWAYS obtained. We will notify you once your item has been shipped, please inform us of its arrival, and we appreciate your feedback.
We ship using Royal Mail, Fed Ex or private couriers who we know personally.  NON UK items will be sent by Air. Please note we will ONLY post upon receipt of cleared funds.We take the utmost care when packing our items.

We try to describe all items advertised for sale on Ebay accurately. If, however, you change your mind when you receive the item you will be entitled to a refund if you notify us within 5 days of receipt of your item. In the unlikely event of this happening we would ask you to notify us via email immediately quoting the Ebay Listing number. A refund will be given (excluding postage costs) once we have received back the item in question in the same condition we posted it. If an item is damaged when it arrives, do make the delivery driver aware of this. If goods are signed for as being received in good condition we cannot entertain claims of damage later.
