Superior client service is our goal. We respond to most emails within one business day.

We offer a variety of unique, top quality products. Because of our wide range of products and client needs, we ship using a variety of methods (USPS and UPS). Please check the listing for options or email us if you'd like a different service.

We ship Monday thru Friday in generally one to three days, unless you need overnight service (overnight could mean as much as two days total).  Our shipping costs include all postage, packaging and handling costs. Thus our product prices project a fair and accurate value of the product which in turn creates a better over all value for our clients.  We will discount shipping and/or insurance on some combined orders, just ask us for an invoice prior to payment. Email us for shipping costs outside mainland U.S. and for quantity purchase prices if not listed. 

All of our products are made and packaged in a smoke free environment. We require payment within 7 days of a sale or we must relist. All duties and taxes for products sold outside of the United States are to be paid for by the purchaser in their country.  Since we offer such a wide variety of products, some countries may not accept a specific product.  If that is the case, a full refund will be made to the purchaser.
