Payment Methods: We accept payment by PayPal. No charge for using PayPal. Unfortunately our courier company will not deliver to PO Boxes: please make sure you give us a FULL ADDRESS that is both paypal verified and correct on ebay, if it is not and there is no one at the given address to sign for it, it will be sent back. It will then be your responsibility to give us the correct details, and the item will be sent out again at your cost for postage. We use DHL and they require a contact phone number.
Shipping Information: We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund. All items are posted with full tracking. If items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Provided you follow through the correct reporting process, the goods can be handed back to the courier and our supplier will ship replacement goods. Please expect goods to be delivered by DHL in around 3 to 6 days. However occassional delays at customs in your country can lead to a longer delivery time.
Customs: All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you buy this item from us it will be shipped from our warehouse partner in China. It remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc apply in that country. From over 3 years of shipping experience we can confirm that in over 99.9% of shipments from China there is no issue whatsoever with Customs clearance. Furthermore, in the majority of the rare cases subject to a delay in Customs, the goods are released and delivered successfully. Our wholesale partner is an experienced provider of correct shipping documentation and compliant products and packaging.
Returns and Refund Policy: Please communicate with us about any possible faults within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a return slip to authorise the goods return direct to China. When the goods have been received by our partner with a properly completed returns slip and confirmed by their technical team as faulty, defective, or of unacceptable quality you will be provided with either a replacement or a refund. Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable unless items were faulty, wrongly delivered, or as otherwise discussed with the support team.
