TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PLEASE READ thoroughly before making a purchase or placing a bid and
continue with your purchase/bid only if you accept my terms and conditions.
· PAYMENT

UK – Paypal, Postal Order, Personal Cheque, E-cheque & Bank Transfer.

International – Payment by any method only in GBP.

Purchases paid for by E-cheque will not be dispatched until clearance
which takes anything from 7-14 days.
POSTAGE
We can post direct to an alternate address,
please specify if this is required or will be delivered to address listed.
Please note :- Although orders are dispatched the same day or next day.
I have a 3 day handling on all my listings, so when you order it will state
estimated delivery is 4 - 5 days, I will always contact customers if there order
is going to be dispatched any later that the next day except weekends.
COMBINED P&P.
If you are purchasing a number of items I am always happy to combine post
and packing so please email for a revised invoice BEFORE making payment.
Checkout will work out a universal p&p cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I am always pleased to provide a shipping quote for International &
European destinations but please note that heavier items are extremely costly
to send via Airmail so please ensure you get a cost before purchase.
Delivery times and dates are not guaranteed.
Any items that are damaged or lost will only be refunded or replaced if the
insurance fee of £4.20 is paid and then the buyer will still be liable for all
shipping costs involved both original costs and for any replacements.
CONDITIONS OF POSTING
Please note that all items are posted at buyers risk and once your items have
been posted it is no longer our responsibility, although I always obtain a proof
of posting. If your package is damaged or lost I am happy to put in a claim for
compensation and will refund the purchase price or replace your items, only when
this is settled with Royal Mail (takes 3-6 weeks for a claim to be settled) but the
buyer is liable for any postage costs or extra postage costs involved.
Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item lost until 15 days after posting
for UK posting and 30 for the rest of the world so I will not be able to claim before
that. The maximum standard claim for loss or damage is only £34.00 so if your
purchases total more than that please contact me for additional insurance cover.
Under NO conditions will a refund be issued until
Royal Mail have made their compensation payment,
so please don't threaten us with Negative Feedback,
as you accepted our terms at the time of ordering.
RETURNS
Returns accepted only by prior agreement and postage at the cost of
buyer unless goods are faulty. Goods must be returned unused
in their original packaging except for faulty goods.
You must obtain proof of posting for any returns.
