All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.
If you purchase two (2) or more items from us
in a 48-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of 10% or more per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping and handling charges are calculated and shown for most countries. Shipping and handling charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.

We get our merchandise from reputable suppliers, but if you receive an item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description or if it is DOA, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you.
