Made by POISON CLOTHING amazing Tutu skirt with 4 layers of 4 metres of stiff  net, 16 metres in total! for a really  excellent tu tu with stretchy black waistband. 

 

UK size 14-18 but check waist size waist will fit 34"-40" and length 14”
